Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I am the creator and designer of JENCA! Here is a little about me and how this line came to be. JENCA originated from my full name. JEN is for Jennifer. C is for my middle name, Christine. And the A is for my last name, Ansari!
I was a scholar, collegiate tennis player at Appalachian state, so fitness has always been a big part of my life. It has always been hard to find pieces that I’m obsessed with. That are sexy and flattering, but still comfortable. So I wanted to design my own pieces, perfected to my liking. If you can’t find it, then create it! And that is how JENCA started.
JENCA is all about empowering women and making you feel your best at all times. When you look good, you feel good! Your mind creates your reality. I strongly believe you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to and it all starts within. Having my own clothing line is something I’ve always dreamed about, but had no idea how, or where to start. So I started from the beginning and taught myself everything I needed to know. I believe the hardest part of anything is getting started. Once you take that leap, the rest just starts to make sense and falls into place! Options are endless.
When I first created JENCA, I was mostly going to focus on fitness apparel. But then I thought, why stop there?! I take deep pride in designing top notch quality pieces, that are made to perfection to flatter and compliment the body in the best way possible!
